Saturday June 24
Dear Readers,
It's a sunny Saturday in Parsons, Frank is working on a friend's door. I am checking email and on my first cup of coffee. I am not feeling all that energetic today and am hoping that changes.
Today I am going to watch movies and cross stitch. I could write but I have decided to take Friday and Saturdays for family, stitching and reading. Once I start school it may be my only down time between writing mysteries and going to writing school.
If all works like I want it to I will do my homework in the afternoons, stitching in the evenings and write at night. I'll sleep during the day time and clean house Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. That leaves a little time on Tuesday for errands. Frank can do the grocery shopping or I can go with him on Wednesday or Tuesday evenings.
That leaves me Friday & Saturday for family visits, stitching and reading. By Sunday night it's back to work and Sunday day is whatever if family is still here and if not then naps, relaxing or stitching.LOLOLOL of course laundry is all the time.
If I decide to start quilting I'll probably do it mostly on a Saturday.
I haven't received my Susan McBride Mysteries yet but I am watching for them.
What is everyone else doing on this fine Saturday?
I have got to decide what I am stitching on today? Think it might be time to stitch on either an Alma Lynne or look through things and see if I have any small projects or medium projects to stitch on? I am in the mood to stitch Halloween but have no Halloween Project that works for me.
I know I will read today as I have a group read to finish up in the next few days.
My friend Skye is off to her cabin in the woods an I have to say for getting projects and writing done it sounds perfect to have a cabin to retreat to on the weekends. I could get so much more done. My big problem is that when I take a break I find I need to do dishes or sweep or something and I never get right back to my stitching.
Hugs, Pamela
