Wednesday Whatevers

Well it's Wednesday for sure now....first nobody told me 'Hell Froze Over' as my daughter Amanda sent me a Mother's Day Card for the first time ever! Wow was that a surprise or what!
Then today I tried to find two tops I recently bought so I could pack them for Sunday's trip to Kansas City but I can't find the dang things anywhere! So frustrated is not the word for it as they are two of my favorite tops.
The weather is great and good for my spirits as I get ready to fly the coop this weekend. I am going to need a vacation from my week's vacation in Kansas City.
Needless to say I am packing and because I live in Kansas and the weather is unpredictable I am packing everything I can think of and then some things I will probably never ever use while there.
Books were packed first and then the cross stitch....LOLOL
